The subject of discussion is transnational application of administrative law and the structure of transnational administrative act. Within the EU, the mutual openness of the legal systems should be regarded as an instrument of creating a European administrative space, which grows on the basis of the European administrative law. In certain circumstances the law calls for approval of the extraterritorial effects of administrative acts (decisions) issued by the administrative authorities of one of the EU Member State. This phenomenon leads to creation of new features of the organization as well as the functioning of public administration, which can be described as “deterritorialism”.}, title={The principle of territoriality of the administration and cross-border administrative cases}, keywords={deterritorialism, administrative act, administrative cooperation, European administrative space, transnational}, }
