Cecilia Plater-Zyberkówna’s View in the lightof her literary work and educational activities Cecylia Plater-Zyberkówna’s (1853–1920) writing activity and socio-cultural activities focused on education and theeducation of girls. At this level she showed, in practice as well as in her writing work,the preparation of the girls to perform the responsible roles of: mother, wife and citizen.Political and social events of the second half of the XIXth century, which Cecilia Plater-Zyberkówna witnessed, solidified her belief in the need of involvement in solving theso-called women issue. She developed her commitment to broad social activities byworking among girls and in the environment of young women.
