Remembrance of dead people as personal right involves a respect of the dead, but also sanctity of a grave. An example of violation of personal rights constitutes an illegal use of surname or coat of arms, in particular when the responsible derive material benefits from it. This instance concerns mainly members of the nobility. Above indicated category of personal rights belongs to the closest members of families of the dead. This concept is just initially clarified.
