 abstract={The institution of resetting time limits is regulated by the provisions on administrative proceedings. However, in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic, the legislator has modified the scope of the regulations of the indicated institution. The subject of the analysis is the shape of the institution of resetting time limits provided for by the provisions of administrative law, with particular emphasis on the scope of the introduced regulation. The author undertakes to assess its effects on the practice of applying the law.},
