 abstract={The study discusses a new institution in the Polish system of civil procedural law — the evidentiary agreement. The characterization in the second part of the article was carried out in order to present the form in which an evidentiary agreement may be concluded as well as the verification of such an agreement by the court and its legal consequences. The conducted research may allow for a more complete understanding of this institution, while at the same time making it easier both for the parties to conclude appropriate agreements and for the courts to make a more accurate assessment of them.},
