 abstract={The issue of personal rights and their legal protection is constantly updated. The gloss to the judgment of the Supreme Court of 11 December 2018 indicates the issues of the development of jurisprudence regarding personal rights on the example of the so-called marital infidelity, in the case of which the provisions on the protection of personal rights do not apply to the protection of family ties between spouses. The author approves the judgment of the Supreme Court, extending his arguments and pointing to legal issues that may arise in connection with the interpretation of the judgment.},
