Beck}, language={pol}, abstract={For many years, tactic collusion has been an unsolved problem within public law and protection of competition. Supposedly, it is one of the structurally conditioned gaps regarding competition. In order to solve the problem, certain systems of antitrust law created their own legal institutions complementing traditional “tools” regarding competition law. Currently, the EU is working on widening the scope of legal institutions which are under the juris-diction of the European Commission. The legislative process indicates that the EU recognizes the influence of growing universality of technological solutions which use algorithmic techniques regarding the problem of tactic collusions. In order to face this challenge, there is an idea to adopt solutions based on the aforementioned individualistic national institutions.
