The aim of the study is to analyse the conditions for the use of the ODR platform and to verify whether it is a common legal remedy in the scope of consumer protection. The aim of the European ODR platform was to facilitate access to simple, effective, quick, easy and cheap methods of resolving disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs arising from the online sale of goods and services.
