 abstract={The study concerns the European electronic platform for resolving consumer disputes, so-called ODR platform. The aim of the study is to analyse the conditions for the use of the ODR platform and to verify whether it is a common legal remedy in the scope of consumer protection. The aim of the European ODR platform was to facilitate access to simple, effective, quick, easy and cheap methods of resolving disputes between consumers and entrepreneurs arising from the online sale of goods and services. This study analyses whether the above assumptions are completed and whether the ODR platform has any impact on the consumer protection system in the European Union.},
