Despite the growing demand for exercise and active leisure, the COVID-19 pandemic has caused negative changes in physical activity for many people. Although many people during the pandemic increased the amount of their free time, this did not translate into increased physical activity. The repercussions of this can be very serious. The opinions of people who are regularly physically active were analyzed. The subject of research is physical activity during a pandemic. For many people, the period of restrictions caused changes in the perception of free time, and thus the approach to physical activity. Therefore, the purpose of this article was to investigate how increased leisure time during a pandemic determined physical activity. Two research methods were used in the work. In the theoretical part, a critical analysis of the literature was used.
