 abstract={Fracture of the pelvis with dislocation of the fragments in a teenager female may be a complicated issue of opinion due to incomplete bone growth.Aim of the study. The publication presents a case of pelvic fracture with dislocation and narrowing of the birth canal. It occurred in a female teenager pedestrian struck by a car in which the dimensions of the pelvis theoretically did not allow delivery by nature, but could have increased. Conclusions: Incomplete bone growth made it very difficult to state that the victim suffered a grievous bodily injury within the meaning of the Penal Code in the form of depriving a person of the ability to procreate.},
