 abstract={The subject of this article is the protection of juveniles against demoralization. This article presents the most important statutory regulations protecting juveniles and concentrates on two offences penalized in the code of petty offences, which should prevent a demoralization of children and youth, according to legislator’s intentions. These offences are: inducing a minor to beg (article 104) and an admission to demoralization of juvenile (article 105). The author makes ajudgement of the existing legal standing, referring to various aspects of analysed offences, with emphasis on the interpretation difficulties caused in the petty offences law by these regulations. The summary of this article also includes propositions for clarifying or changing some regulations.},
