 abstract={The growing interest in loans granted by natural persons to other natural persons has led to the separation of a new type of loans, i.e. social loans. However, the shaping of this type of agreement raises many doubts related to its juridical status and practical application. Is the social loan a new type of contract, or maybe just a previously rarely used version of a civil loan? What are the legal regulations for this type of contract? What are the juridical problems when applying a social loan? The author of this article will try to answer such questions.},
