Procedural formalism is combined with the obligation to respect the requirements of form, place, and moment of taking particular actions of a civil procedure which failure may result in procedural consequences. In the recent years, the regulations concerning procedural and judicial actions have changed, and in particular, the most significant is the amendment of the provisions related to evidence (especially documents). As a result of the amendment of 10 July 2015 of the Code of Civil Procedure, and thus the increased level of computerization of proceedings, the formal requirements foreseen for procedural and judicial proceedings have changed. The article discusses whether the formalism is still the rule of the procedure and whether it is necessary, for the effectiveness of these activities, to comply with the requirements of the law, especially in the context of the new definition of the document.}, title={Formalizm procesowy a nowe przepisy odnoszące się do dokumentów w procesie cywilnym}, type={text}, keywords={procedure formalism, rules of civil procedure, document in civil proceedings}, }
