In this case, the Court of Justice will conduct a simultaneous analysis of inline linking and framing in copyright law which will result in a significant ruling for the most popular ways of sharing in the Internet. Therefore, the conclusions from the Advocate General’s opinion, issued for the purposes of above-mentioned proceeding, seem to be extremely interesting and the Advocate General’s opinion will help the Court of Justice to adjudicate. Therefore, it is crucial to present the indicated issue of inline linking and framing. The basis of this article is the presentation of inline linking and framing in the light of copyright law by: defining indicated terms, analyzing the existing judicature of the Court of Justice and the judgments of Polish courts, as well as using the indications of the copyright law doctrine. Moreover, the article presents the key conclusions drawn from the opinion of the Advocate General in case C-392/20.
