The author emphasizes the choice of specific form of regulation, which is the general regulation, as the act directly effective and applicable in all member states of EU. Subsequently, admissible scope of legislative agenda of the Polish legislator is studied in the context of changes planned in the Polish personal data protection act. Civil claims granted by said act are confronted with their counterparts in already well-established regulations of Polish Civil Code. Finally, the author attempts to evaluate consequences that arise from similarities and differences of claims granted to legal persons by both regulations.}, title={Ogólne rozporządzenie o ochronie danych osobowych (RODO) a prawo polskie – wybrane zagadnienia}, type={text}, keywords={GDPR, personal data, personal rights, Civil Code, data protection act, claims, liability}, }
