 abstract={The study presents the principles of conducting electronic correspondence as a part of activities carried out by professional attorneys. The purpose of the article is to determine whether a lawyer or legal counsel acts as a personal data administrator in regard to cases they are entrusted to conduct, or in the role of a person processing personal data (processor). The study points out the possibility of collisions between the obligation to protect personal data and the obligation of professional secrecy by professional attorneys.},
