 abstract={The new public procurement law introduces changes in the scope of legal remedies for public procurement. The article presents some of them, including those concerning the appeal itself, lodging the complaint in court and the cassation appeal. The legal protection system is one of the pillars of public procurement, and its goal is to ensure the proper course of public procurement awarding procedure and to equip contractors with legal instruments that guarantee them control of the ordering party’s actions. The proper course of public procurement awarding procedure is significant for the public procurement sector and this is why the legal protection system should be fast, efficient, and reasonably accessible to its participants.},
