Prawnicza i Ekonomiczna Biblioteka Cyfrowa. It must be recognized that mentioned entities basically do not have much in common but they are a kind of product of human imagination – something man assumes that exists, and it exists precisely because man behaves as it exists. Lawyers call it “legal fiction”. Worldwide phenomena can be divided into objective, subjective and intersubjective. The existence of intersubjective phenomena depends on faith, and one of such intersubjective phenomena is “belief in law”. The basic meaning of the term “law” is “an abstract value which indicates the existence of rules of conduct or behavior identified with such rules”. Since it is assumed that norms of conduct are a type of the social contract, which is an expression of a shared vision of the world, it is even more crucial to learn the basics of creating these norms, as well as their gradual change (“adapting” to new circumstances). The specification of breakthroughs in evolution and making correlation with creation of specific norms allows for the identification of certain repetitive patterns, where each milestone gave rise to the new imagined order in the form of regulations standardizing social rules. The legal system, like any other system, was created in human imagination and belongs to intersubjective imaginary systems, it is an important element of culture, understood as a system of ideas and values. The main aim of the article is to substantiate the truth of the above statement, which is achieved by the use of language arguments and religious, philosophical and even literary concepts. In the opinion of the author from the era of the primacy of statutory law, there should be no doubt that the norms of conduct included in the legal system were created in human imagination and thus belong to one of the intersubjective imaginary systems.}, title={System prawa, jako jeden z intersubiektywnych systemów wyobrażonych}, keywords={history of law, legal regulation, rule of law, intersubjective imaginary system, legal fiction, law}, }
