Beck}, language={pol}, abstract={Coadministration of personal data is an institution which for the first time is clearly regulated within the regulation of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016, on protection of natural persons regarding processing of personal data and free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation makes member states oblige to take appropriate action regarding coadministration). If there is identification of such a relation, co-administrators should, i.a. regulate joint agreements and make them available. However, GDPR does not point to any forms nor specific guidelines in this regard. The present article aims to identify the relation of coadministration, and analyze the elements stipulated within joint agreements made among co-administrators.
