 abstract={In the present article, the author brings up the issue connected with the implementation of the Internet of Medical Things. The literature emphasizes that there are ethical dilemmas regarding the use of H-IoT devices which are popular among researchers since the beginning of this technology and they are being analyzed from different perspectives, all of which raise different doubts. The author presents chosen ethical problems from the perspective of manufacturers of these devices which are located in the EU. The article is divided into four parts. The first one is an introduction to issues connected with business ethics – a specific set of rules of which the recipients are entrepreneurs. Secondly, there is an analysis of privacy in the area connected with stigmatization regarding the use of H-IoT devices and problems regarding ownership of data collected by these devices, and ensuring cybersecurity of their users.},
