It only created apossibility to establish professional self-government which has to represent professions of public trust and have supervision over them. Thereupon the question arises of what the profession of public trust is and whether it must have its own self-government. What is more, we have to determine when a lawmaker should use his constitutional right to establish aprofessional self-government. It is necessary to do this because there are many occupational groups which want the privilege of having their own professional self-government.
