It may present more general rules of the functioning of the single internal market and its freedoms, especially personal ones, i.e. the separation of powers between Members States regulatory regimes themselves — host and home ones as well as between Member States and the Union. One model of recognition was selected for this purpose — automatic — as the most far-reaching example of regulatory interference at supranational level. The analysis focused on understanding recognition in the framework of regulated professions and systematics of legal acts of European Union law and Polish legal system as an example of national implementing efforts.
