She analyzed them as collective future projects. The collective future is an exercise in social imagination. Due to the category of collective future, we can think about the future of communities and individuals. The collective future can be designed as utopia or dystopia. Philosophers, writers as well as economists, politicians, priests and pedagogues deal with the designing of what life will look like for the next generations. Currently, dystopias are an extremely interesting way of designing the collective future. Young people are interested in dystopias because they can see in them the reasons for the malfunctioning of the community. I analyze books on dystopia addressed to young people.
