 abstract={The subject of the article is to show the impact that the Chinese Belt and Road Initiative can have on the reconstruction of the global governance system. Currently, the People’s Republic of China is actively involved in the reconstruction of the global system by advocating the free trade and inclusive globalization. Although theories on international management come from the political experience of Western countries, Chinese initiatives such as Belt and Road are becoming more and more attractive to countries emerging from the shadows of Western supremacy. Despite the increase in strength and status of developing countries, their rights and interests are often overlooked. The refore they demand changes to reflect their current potential. There is recognition of the need to transform globalization, which should be open and fair in all fields of international cooperation, starting with economic issues, natural environment, security and technology, and ending with science and culture},
