 abstract={The study will show chosen signs of the so-called financial control of local government units. Taken issues are unusually essential in the context of the decentralization of the official authority and handing over to do for local government rung of the significant number of public tasks. Their realization is determined with need for statutory determining sure lordly entitlements about financial character which possible carrying out tasks by communes, districts and local government bodies of provinces are making. In this respect above all positions applying to regulations and chosen of the literature on the subject will constitute the ground for conducting deliberations. Additionally also court decisions will be used hey, you, of which issues are connected with the issue in question. Also referring to practical aspects will be a value added activities of the local authorities, as part of analysis of resolutions taken by communes.
