In his assessment, democratic societies may perceive communism, regardless of the scale of its crimes, as an inspiring system because a component of it sought the good of all mankind. Participants in contemporary public discourse often appeal to the need and possibility of introducing certain economic solutions developed in Marxist states. In the author’s view, it is necessary that such deliberations conceptualize these solutions in a systemic manner, i.e. that solutions are evaluated through the prism of Marxist language, in which they were created. Bearing the hermetic nature of Marxism inmind, literal translation of liberal discourse may only lead to misunderstandings.In the language of a state with the rule of law, the terms “citizen,” “rule of law,” and“democracy” denote the specific obligations of state authorities and the freedom of the individual. Meanwhile, in a communist state these meanings depend on the common interests of the ruling class (its vanguard – the party) and the economic situation. Thus, the research approach to the analysis of the Marxist state and law is to decode the aforementioned terms on the basis of their actual semantic scope,as understood by Marxist thinkers and agitators}, title={Z "zagadnień językoznawstwa" - próba refleksji nad metodą analizy państwa i prawa komunistycznego}, type={tekst}, keywords={państwo, prawo, marksizm, historiozofia marksowska, realny socjalizm}, }
