 abstract={The presented text concerns the verification of the reported title to social insurance from the perspective of the insured person’s pregnancy. It develops the thesis established in case law that pregnancy does not exclude the insured person from taking up employment, even if it is associated with the probable occurrence of social risk and constitutes an instrumental action of the insured person aimed at obtaining social security. The author notes that the difficulty in verifying the title of insurance is not related to the interpretation of the law, but to the factual findings assessed through the prism of the stereotype of generalization.},
