 abstract={The article shows that the implementation of everyone’s right to safe and healthy working conditions is aimed at ensuring social peace at work. This position is represented in recent documents by the International Labour Organization and the European Union, stressing the importance of social dialogue on OSH issues. Polish legislation also grants employees and their representatives the right to consult their employer on all OSH activities, and even in some cases employees have the right to co-decide with their employer on these matters. This serves to protect the common good, which is the life and health of employees.},
