 abstract={In the paper, the author presents and analyzes a previously unknown anonymous travel diary from 1700, preserved in the collection of the Vilnius University Library. The most important aspects of this text are pointed out, including the sights of Vienna as well as customs related to celebration of religious festivities in the Habsburg monarchy and activities of the royal family. The article is in a way a starting point of both further analysis and preparing a source edition of the described travel diary.},
