The article concerns one of the areas falling within the scope of intellectual property – unfair competition. This phenomenon was regulated by the Act of August 2, 1926, the main author of which was the outstanding Polish lawyer Fryderyk Zoll. In accordance with Zoll’s intention, combating unfair competition was based mainly on the civil concept, in which general clauses played a very important role.
