abstract={In recent years, there has been a phenomenon of people being accepted as expert witnesses who claim to use psychographology as the basis for their court opinions. At the same time, procedural organs (judges, prosecutors) appoint such people as expert-witnesses to issue opinions in specific cases. Methods used in psychographology differ significantly from forensic identification (comparative) handwriting examinations and psychographology itself doesn’t have sufficient scientific justification. Therefore, accepting such people as experts may result in issuing incorrect or improperly justified opinions, which may consequently lead to criminal and civil courts accepting unreliable evidence as a basis for adjudicating and to incorrect judgments.},
