 abstract={The purpose of this article is to discuss the changes introduced by the latest amendments to the Act on Consumer Rights in relation to users of computer games. The author discusses the essence of the problem emerging against the background of the previous legal status and the lack of the right to withdraw from the contract. He indicates that some of the introduced changes will contribute to the improvement of the situation of this consumer, and makes a comparative legal analysis with EU directives. The article shows how to use new solutions in the aspect of computer games, and proposes the direction of further changes that could contribute to the increase in the level of consumer protection.},
