Then author descibres Sun Yat-sen’s visions about state structure. He introduces concept of Sun’s „people power”, indicates important factors which are basis of democracy, demonstrates what does „fivepartite separation of powers” mean and emphasizes that Sun in the end of his life has turned his attention to single-party system.
