 abstract={One of the most important terms related to real estate management is “similar real estate”. Contrary to appearances, despite the intuitive understanding of this expression, the courts had to refer to it many times. From the case law to date, several conclusions can be drawn, which largely allow to indicate what should be taken into account when assessing the similarity of real estate. They relate to the issue of the identity of real estate, its area or location. The jurisprudence way of adjudication in most cases are usually quite uniform, but it is necessary to analyze the existing achievements and formulate conclusions.},
