Beck}, language={pol}, abstract={Applied in practice models of protection of natural persons in regard to processing of their personal data in clinical trials raise many legal doubts. The issue requires explanation in the light of regulation from the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27.4.2016, in the matter of free movement of such data and repealing the directive 95/46/EC. In the present publication the authors attempt to justify interpretation of GDPR regulations which allows to conduct clinical trials in Poland.
