The context of adoption of particular regulations and its impact on their implementation is described. Activity of international entities such as United Nations deserves particular attention in this sphere as it bears the power to influence national legislation systems by soft law instruments. The second part of the article aims to analyze the concept of person in regard to human life protection. Different ideas are presented and critically discussed with a special focus on their potential, and already observed, implications. Given the lack of right to abortion in any international binding document and harmful consequences of granting a status of person upon any other feature than belonging to human family, it must be concluded that the alleged right to abortion does not exist within the international legal sphere.}, title={Czy istnieje prawo do aborcji?
