 abstract={The main goal of the article is the anthropological analysis of the phenomenon of home-schooling. The presented considerations are based on the results of the ethnographic research conducted by the author within Polish families who practice this form of teaching. The analysis of the collected material leads to three conclusions: firstly, home education is a form of cultural resistance; secondly, it requires constant self-management by individuals; thirdly, home education can be considered as a family lifestyle. Anthropological analysis of homeschooling is supplemented by reflection on the role of neoliberal discourse in the functioning of this form of teaching.},
