The main focus of the following paper is the theatre in its educational dimension. Rised issues include theatrical education at early childhood. The first part concentrates on theatrical education characterized in light of wider concepts of aesthetic education and art education. This section also outlines the educational benefits of the impact of theatrical education on young students and some exemplification of its forms. The second part focuses on critical reflection on the last three core curriculums for early childhood in terms of formal possibilities they provide for theatrical education.
