In the first part of the article the author, referring to the literature, identifies five approaches to the phenomenon of utopia. Second part of the article is devoted to the analysis of selected work in the Polish contemporary pedagogy work, that refer to connections between utopia and education. This analysis aims to show and organize the ways in which five of these approaches to the phenomenon of utopia is represented in the study of contemporary Polish pedagogy.
