  The author analyses the changes in terms of penal measures of a pecuniary character, including obligation of remedy, punitive damages, cash benefits. She evaluates the trend of changes as well as their usefulness in practice. In the article she also considers the competitiveness of those measures and relates it to the possibility of their joint ruling.
