• Abstract:
  
  
  As part of this article, in the field of links with the division of prosecutor's institutions in the Lower Silesia (including Lower Silesia and Opole) into single and collegial gardens, in terms of legal regulations and own insights depending on practice, as a Head of the prosecutor's office. The system framework and tasks of the heads of prosecutor's offices have been developed as covering single-person and in the same scope of activity, collective functions of the prosecutor's self-government in the form of assemblies of prosecutors and collage of prosecutors in the regional prosecutor's office and district prosecutor's offices.;
  
  
  
  W ramach niniejszego artykułu przedstawiono węzłowe kwestie związane z podziałem instytucji prokuratury w regionie dolnośląskim (obejmującym Dolny Śląsk i Opolszczyznę) na organy jednoosobowe i kolegialne. Oparte na regulacjach ustrojowo-prawnych i własnych spostrzeżeniach Autora, jako kierownika jednostki-prokurator rejonowy. Opracowane zostały ramy ustrojowe i zadania szefów prokuratur jako organów jednoosobowych i w tym samym zakresie działalność kolegialnych organów samorządu prokuratorskiego w postaci zgromadzenia prokuratorów i kolegiów prokuratury w prokuraturze regionalnej i prokuraturach okręgowych.
