This article describes occasional lease of premises in the light of regulations of Polish law, successive amendments of the provisions and their influence on effectiveness of execution proceedings. Author describes execution proceeding against lessee in case of non performance obligation of occasional lease agreement. Author discusses progressive stages of bailiff activities and indicates on separateness in proportion to common execution proceedings. Author notices that through the enhancement of the rule of notarial deed – security of lessor interests is better. In conclusion, this article determines influence of the changes of regulation on popularity occasional lease in real estate turnover.
