The economic crisis which started in 2007 caused increase of competitors in the market, the author tried to prove that the strong competition doesn’t mean that companies cannot cooperate closely, moreover searching the new sources of competitive advantages can be one of the factor which caused constant cooperation also after crisis period. Author tried to prove that in the opposition to official statement and negative opinions about economical crisis in resources and development sector, the negative impact cannot be indicated with crisis only. In the fact, a lots of companies thanks to this situation which has been struggling the economical market from this time have started the new period of their business life. The agreement signed in 2008 between Alfa Romeo, BMW and Fiat can be an example. Those companies has cooperated to create common new project for Alfa Romeo MiTO. Business partnership made a possibility to reduce costs for new activities, additionally it was a chance to benchmark and develop for both sides especially in case innovate work. As a result of analysis we can say that thanks to cooperation during the crisis period and the same thanks to: reducing limited access to the information, entities from scientist and business areas becoming closer, creation skilled labor, reduction hesitation and risk, speed up technology transfer, economic entities can overcome the crisis and enlist the new partners for period of economical growth. The arguments used in above article can be prove that hypothesis from the introduction stated that in crisis period processes of projects realization in research and development entities, have impact on survive the companies and relationships between them in after crisis situation, have been counterchecked positively.
