  The purpose of this article is to present the possibilities of using new technologies of recording picture and sound in order to make the last will in a form of a video testament and pointing out advantages of this form of the last will in the context of effective forms of testament.;
  
  
  
  Celem niniejszego opracowania jest przedstawienie możliwosci wykorzystania nowoczesnych technologii rejstrowania obrazu i dźwieku do sporządzania ostatniej woli w formie videotestamentu oraz wskazanie zalet tej formy ostatniej woli na tle obowiązujacych form testamentu.
