Certainly, both legal cultures of Judaism and Christianity are very similar on many areas and basically the rules of right came from Old Testament. It should be noticed that legal culture of Judaism was created thousands of years before the birth of legal culture of Christianity. The last one derived from its achievements and provided foundations for its own identity. The fact that these two religions interpret basic rule of their rights and beliefs divergently shows their diversity.
