 abstract={This paper presents operating costs of non-banking lending institutions on the Polish financial market. Non-banking lending institutions can grant credit consumer which have bad creditworthinessor do not even have creditworthiness. In addition, non-bank loan institutions lending cash to consumers engage their own capital, which results in risk in the operations of these institutions. All factors essentially affect the remuneration, fees and other costs associated with the credit service charged by non-bank lending institutions. The lender’s remuneration is in fact the cost that the consumer must incur in connection with the loan granted. The amount and type of costs incurred by the consumer is often inadequate to the amount of credit granted ‒ it may even be the equivalent of the loan amount.},
