 abstract={The insurance market offers a range of products that meet the various needs of even the most demanding customers. One of those products is life insurance with an insurance capital fund (Unit-linked). The combination of insurance and investment makes it a great source that meets the necessity for security and financial protection. In this work, the author tried to present the basic definitions of describing this type of life insurance. He included legal provisions that regulate the functioning of the insurance product on the market. The study of a selected life insurance would be incomplete without recognition of the types of protection that potential insurers provide against the risk occurring on the actuarial market.},
