This is how pedagogical practice becomes a very important element of teacher education. Students of Early Childhood Education practice in kindergarten and grades 1–3 of primary school by gaining knowledge about organization of the workplace, teaching and learning process, methods and forms of teacher’s work and ways to getting know child/pupil. Research which have been carried out among students of the last semester, have allowed to get answers for the following questions: Is there a convergence between the assumed functions and the purpose of practice and actually performed in the student’s opinion? How far does the pedagogical practice provide an opportunity for being creative and exploring student?
