 abstract={In this paper the author presents an analysis of the conflict emphasizing the potential in this situation for achieving a intercultural understanding. Author presents the concepts of the culture and scientific studies described by Geert Hofstede, Gert Jan Hofstede and Michael Minkow, which show as differences in the process of dealing with problematic situations. Author shows the ways in which mediation participants experience and understand the conflict based on the results of your own research. Looking at the process through the prism of the communicating parties in the intercultural conflict may be an inspiration to appreciate the differences and notice the common areas in order to find an optimal solution to the problem.},
