 abstract={Reflections on the effectiveness of rehabilitation of those sentenced to a term of im-prisonment conducted in the literature are very controversial. The finding of unreasonableness reclaim interactions on the one hand is objectionable to practitioners, on the other it results in the implementation of a specific type of criminal policy in the country and gives rise to popu-list voices demanding stricter criminal sanctions. Studies on the mechanisms of human behav-ior indicate a universal limited human aversion to the actual change if such a change is not subjectively beneficial. However, the frailty of human nature cannot become a reason for withdrawing from the projects aimed at modifying proceedings undesirable from a social point of view. The studies on the formation of the phenomenon of crime should help to im-prove social reintegration and not negate its validity.},
